How long does it take to serve each guest?

An average would be approximately 15-20 seconds per guest with a single buffet. The headcount determines how many buffet lines we will provide to maximize the speed of service. Our team is trained to be incredibly fast!

Discounts?

As a rule we do not offer discounts. Our prices are based strictly on our costs with no additional fees which makes our pricing very competitive for the high level of service we provide.

What does the buffet look like?

What does the food truck look like?

Check it out at fistfuloftacos.com! We cannot guarantee a specific truck. While they are all slightly different, they look very similar.


Do you offer eco-friendly options?

Yes. We offer rentals as well as compostable dinnerware listed in the services section of our Fistful Wedding Guide.

Do you provide a menu?

Yes! We provide beautifully printed menus that are customized to your event and menu specs.

Can our guests customize their tacos?

Yes! While we have a menu for recommendations, we allow each guest to customize their plate if they prefer.

Are you vegan friendly or allergen friendly?

Yes, and Yes! There is almost no one we can not make a plate for. Our staff is well trained in sanitation, and cross contamination. We use very little common allergens in our products, and our staff know where those exist within each item. They are trained to recommend a substitute item in those cases. Btw… our Vegan option is one of the tastiest tacos anywhere! Our entire menu is gluten free!


Payments

You will be invoiced for a 25% deposit to secure your date with us. This is payable by credit, debit, or ACH. You can also mail a check or pay cash in person at our storefront location. Please do not mail cash. The balance will be invoiced so you can make payments if you choose. The balance is not due until the day before the event.

Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in Fistful contracts. It is appreciated, but it is not mandatory.

Bussing Service

Please refer to the Fistful Wedding Guide for Bussing Service options

When is my headcount due?

2 weeks before the event. At this point, the balance due is final.


How much food do you bring? What about leftovers?

We bring enough product to serve your menu to your headcount plus an additional 10%. The additional 10% is taken back to our commissary if it has not been on a self serve area. Food at self-serve areas must be dumped per health code guidelines. Additional food left over from the buffet will be packaged up for the bridal party.

Do you provide dinnerware rentals?

Yes, rentals are priced in the Fistful Wedding Guide. If you are renting dinnerware from another company, bussing of these items fall under heavy bussing service fee. We do not offer dishwashing for rentals that do not belong to Fistful.

How far do you travel?

Farther than most! We have a travel charge of $3 per mile associated with gas, mileage, and our staff’s time on the clock while traveling.
